Ready to Work consists of an encouragement network hour, led by Ardell Fleeson, followed by a job search skills practicum, facilitated by Workforce Development Committee member and Certified Career Coach, Judy Brannock. Each session includes tips, observations, realities, good news, and food for thought for the job seeker. Guest speakers, those with expertise in the job search and human resources areas and those who have recently found work, often address the group to share keys to their success. Participants will have the opportunity to share recent challenges and achievements.
